These patches are 100% embroidered (same as our embroidered apparel!) and have an iron on backing. Check the listing photos for the designs and their sizes :)

To attach your patch with an iron:

• Place the patch on your intended location and cover with a piece of scrap fabric. A bandana would work well for this,
• Hold your iron - no steam - over the area for about 30 seconds. Run the iron over the inside of the garment, under the patch, as well. Let the area fully cool before washing or wearing.
• We strongly recommend sewing the patch down at least in a couple of places as well! This helps maintain longevity. 

To care for your patch, we recommend flipping your garment inside out or placing in a garment bag to wash. This mitigates any agitation damage that your patch might experience.

Avoid high heat for washing or drying, as this may weaken the patch adhesive (if you used an iron) and the patch may prematurely peel. If this occurs you may be able to repeat the initial steps to get it to adhere again.
