Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are packed most days of the week. Processing time can vary depending on how many orders are in the queue at a specific time, but it will usually be around 2-5 days. During shop updates, there can be a big influx of orders and processing can take up to 10-14 days! Domestic orders usually arrive between 2-5 days, while International orders can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to a month.

MWS offers global shipping. As of 10/18/2023 we offer shipping to the UK again! Shipping has also been switched to DHL as the carrier for most international locations! 

As of 10/18/2023, most countries are eligible to have customs/duties collected upfront at checkout! This means you dont have to worry about surprise fees when your package is delivered. Countries not eligible for this will have customs/duties collected before delivery by the carrier selected at checkout.

Most of the time, when im preparing a batch of orders to ship, I purchase the postage/generate labels in advance. You should see tracking update within 2-4 days for the most part, but it can take up to a week if order queue is very large at that time.

If you dont see tracking update within 7 business days, or just want to know the status of your order, feel free to reach out via the contact form!

Unfortunately, we can't help with stolen packages. If you believe your package was misdelivered/misplaced, please consider the following options:

  • Checking with neighbors to see if someone else recieved it
  • Calling your local post office (USPS) or distribution center (UPS) for assistance
  • filing a claim with USPS/UPS to either locate or reimburse the package.

While we always aim to be as helpful as possible, certain shipping problems fall outside of our control. We're really sorry about that!

Im so sorry about that! Please reach out via contact form right away, so you can either be sent a new item, or a refund.

Please reach out AS SOON AS POSSIBLE for address changes.

If you used the wrong address and your order was shipped before this could be fixed, please do the following: - Contact USPS and have them redirect the package - If it was already delivered - Try to contact someone at the old address if possible to have the package held/forwarded to you.

MWS does not take responsibility for incorrect addresses that were not corrected in time. If your order is lost/you cannot locate it after it was delivered to the incorrect address, a refund/replacement will not be given.

MWS resides in a very charming, sunny office in Manhattan, NY. We have a smoke free, pet free environment and generally try to be as clean as possible around the apparel.

Return Portal

Please read through this section before initiating a return/exchange.

Domestic returns can be done for store credit or exchange. You can initiate a return/exchange within 14 days of your delivery date.

International returns can only be done for store credit at this time.

After you purchase the return label, please send your order back to me within 7 days - if something comes up, just email me and let me know you need extra time! Otherwise, your return/exchange will be cancelled. 

Items MUST be returned unwashed, clean, and folded within the original packaging. If there is animal hair or very strong smell (like smoke, for example) on the garment, the return will be rejected.
