* How long is processing time/shipping time?

Orders ship out 2-3 times a week, usually on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Domestic orders usually arrive between 2-5 days, while International orders can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to a month.

Pre order listings will specify when they will be shipped out.

* My order never arrived, what should I do?

If your order never arrived, please send me an email or message me on twitter with your order number. I can either resend the package or give you a partial refund. Please note that I will resend the package only once.

Store Policy

* Refunds/Exchanges

All sales are final, and I do not accept returns. If the items you received are incorrect or damaged, please send me an email with pictures of the item(s). I will do what I can to either replace or refund you.

* Incorrect Addresses

If you know that there was an error with your mailing address, please contact me ASAP so I can correct it. I do not accept responsibility for incorrect addresses if you do not contact me before your order ships out. If your package is returned to me by USPS then I can resend it to the correct address - otherwise I will NOT resend your package.

Pin Quality Guide

  • A-Grade Pins (aka standard or 'perfect' quality pins)

For the most part, A-grade pins are 'perfect'. However, very, very minor 'defects' are still counted as being A-grade, due to the hand-made nature of enamel pins. Very small scuffs and enamel not being 100% level with metal are still considered to be A-grade quality.

  • B-Grade Pins (seconds sale or 'defective' pins)

B-grade pins typically contain imperfections that range from moderate to severe. These imperfections include missing enamel, very big or obvious scratches or scuffs, discolored metal, or discolored/spilled/dirty/incorrectly filled enamel.
