Please note that the fabric can feel stiff right out of the bag - it will soften up immensely as you wear it! Washing the shirt inside out on a cold setting with a good softener can also help speed up the process. Please hang to dry if possible - drying with heat can lead to the print fading prematurely and shrinkage.

DO NOT dry on high heat! Shirts are preshrunk but will still set in the wash/dry if dried on high heat. hang to dry if possible.

I love this shirt!

The print is so cute of course, but I also really love the quality of the fabric. The cotton is soft but it also keeps its structure really well, so it’s really easy to flip from a casual, ‘unbuttoned over a tank top’ kind of surf shirt look, to a more crisp buttoned-up look for work. That’s remained true through a couple washings now. Doesn’t shrink in the wash. I also really like that the buttons at the hips help keep the sizing truly gender neutral, you can open them up if you have wider hips. I will add that if you’re a petite person with hips the buttons might not start until mid-hip. I’m a 5’2” cis woman and they’re a bit low on me - they do still work for me, I’m just a bit narrow hipped, so I didn’t know if that would be the case for everyone my height. But I love this shirt and highly recommend it.
