Cotton twill exterior with a 100% cotton interior, and embroidered detailing on the chest, back and sleeves! Cotton twill does not stretch. If you are on the upper end of a size, or own a velvet jacket and find that it is snug on you, you may have to size up.

The inside lining is printed with the matching pattern to the design. 2 front pockets, and a small interior breast pocket.

Care instructions:

Spot clean as needed, or hand wash in cold water and then hang to dry.
If machine washing: please use cold water and a gentle cycle, and then hang to dry. do NOT use high heat or high spin.

Best Gift I've Ever Bought Myself

I absolutely adore this jacket omg
I bought a size up because I enjoy having jackets that hang off me a bit more and it is PERFECT for that. The embroidery is gorgeous and the inside print is rich and vibrant. Plus, the pockets are generously sized and can fit my phone, wallet, pepper spray, and mask while still having room for my hands (great for packrats like me who need to have everything on hand at all times) The stiffer cotton is taking some getting used to as someone who generally prefers stretchier material, but it hasn't hampered mobility at all.
The other reviews are correct, you will get a ton of compliments while wearing this jacket out and about! Due to extreme heat I've only been able to go out in it twice, and both times I've been absolutely bombarded with kind words. A great confidence boost :)
Looking forward to expanding my collection of morningwitch outerwear in the future!

Gets so many compliments!

Warm, comfortable, well-made, fits great! Every time I wear this jacket out, I get compliments on it. I love how the inner lining also has a great print. Pockets are a little small, but that's the only slight downside.

It is such a beautiful design and the embroidery is very nicely done ^^ there were some stray threads that I had to cut off but overall, it came in a very neat and pristine condition and was ready to be worn right away, I looove this jacket :>

Favorite item

This jacket is my favorite thing I own. I get compliments on it all the time, and keep wearing it despite the hotter weather. The way the seeds of the pomegranate are sewn, the choice of thread, makes them seem like juicy jewels, almost 3 dimensional. The threads of the embroidery are gorgeous, and the inside breast pocket is perfect for my phone. I love the lining fabric and want to get a matching skirt- I recently got the pomegranate pattern button up, too. Only thing I’d recommend is ordering larger than you think you’ll need. I typically order size L in the button ups, and the M jacket had the most similar measurements, so I ordered M. It fits, but I think it would be a more perfect fit a size larger.
