Sweaters are made with a very soft 100% cotton yarn and have embroidery on the front and sleeves.

Please note that the embroidery covers large areas on the garment, and its very detailed - which results in a stiffer feeling! Sweaters aren't lined on the inside, so if you have sensory issues with the embroidery we would recommend checking out the linen or cotton twill items instead - both are lined for comfort.

Care instructions: Wash cold on a delicate cycle to preserve color and embroidery, and to keep the cotton from shrinking. Placing the sweater into a bag made for delicates can help with agitation during washing. To dry, we recommend laying the sweater flat and letting it air dry. While the garments are pre-shrunk, washing or drying with heat can cause the garment to shrink further.

Larger than common sizes

This sweater is beautiful. However, be aware that the sizes are not typical. I typically wear unisex medium. The small orbweaver size fits though, even with my wide shoulders. The larger sizes increase in size under the arms, but not too much with length. MW was great with the exchange though.

Great quality and arrived extremely quickly. Had been eyeing the ads on insta for a while- well worth the purchase I’d say.

Too Big!!

I did wash the sweater before wearing it. I got Small, the smallest size, and it's still got several inches of space in the shoulder on each side and completely covers my hands unless I roll up the sleeves. I'm 5'5, so not abnormally small, but about half the stuff I've bought from this store is uncomfortably large on me and ends up needing adjustment on my end.

Pattern is beautiful. Fabric seems sturdy, but a couple of long threads popped out of the embroidery when I washed it and I had to trim them off.

Quality Comfy Sweater

I've been really excited about the Orbweaver pattern drop for a long time, so I'm so happy to have finally gotten my hand on one of these sweaters! Very nice design with good, high-quality embroidery work. I love the deep purples with the beautiful golden webs. I got it fairly recently during the summer, so I haven't had many opportunities to wear it, but I can say that it is pretty warm and well-made. I ordered my usual size and it's fairly big on me, so I might've gotten one size smaller if I'd known at the time of ordering that it runs a little big. At least that gives it a little room to shrink over time (as many sweaters often do). I'd recommend ordering one size smaller than what you usually wear if you want a more snug fit, or order your usual if you enjoy more roomy sweater. As the description says, the embroidery can be stiff and I do often feel it on my arms, especially at the elbow when bending my arms. I don't mind it, but please heed the warning in the description if that's something that tends to bother you.

Spider scientist approved

Its an incredible sweater. Super soft and comfortable, and the art is gorgeous. Ive loved Morningwitch stuff for years, but as a spider scientist have been wanting art of arachnids not just insects. The wait was worth it!! Really excited to see this design (and other spiders) on other products
