No matter where I go, no matter who is there, I get multiple compliments on this coat. I sized up so I could wear bulky sweaters underneath in the winter (not certain that was necessary, but it still looks great oversized), making it perfect to wear from late September to April in the northeast US. I wear this coat every single day outside of the summer and over a year later it still looks brand new. The fabric is sturdy, the embroidery doesn't fray, the buttons aren't loose, and it's extremely easy to clean. I've loved Morningwitch for ages now, but this coat is a cut above their already high quality merchandise. At its current price it is an absolute steal.

The quality is pretty good and is pretty warm and the designs are very large and look really pretty, my complaints are probably just personal preference but the collar on the top button is pointy and gets uncomfortable/pokes your neck if it isn't fully buttoned up. The pockets are large but I don't like that they're zippered. Maybe it would be better if they were plastic instead of metal because they're very scratchy and you can't easily tuck your sleeves in your pockets with it. I feel like in general the design choice for zippered pockets doesn't really make sense anyways because the jacket itself uses buttons. If the pockets also had buttons I would still find it unnecessary, but at least it makes sense
