The Morningwitch classic - our printed button up shirt! 100% cotton with hip buttons for extra room.

The fabric may feel stiff right out of the bag, but will soften with wear and washing. Our 'best practice' for cleaning these shirts is to hand wash cold and hang to dry. If this is not possible, please turn the shirt inside out, wash cold on a delicate cycle and hang to dry. Heat and excessive agitation during washing or drying may lead to premature fading of the print because the top of the fabric becomes 'scuffed'.

Fits well, great pattern, overall worth every penny!

Awesome print & very lightweight cotton

This was part of my first order from this shop and I am really excited to have found them. The shirts are super lightweight and breathable even in Florida humidity. I do wish they provided a hip measurement. I am pear shaped and the top fits well or is a bit loose but I can't button the bottom two buttons even though the shirts have awesome hip vents. I generally like my shirts a little oversized. I am very tall - 6'2", and these are not too short I have a 44" bust, 39" waist and 56" hips, and I ordered an XL. I will try a 2x next time. I'm hoping shoulder seams will not hang off my shoulders too far.

Natural History Fashion Win

This shirt is exactly what I hoped for with it's display of gorgeous natural history topics. I am hoping the fabric softens a tiny bit as it is washed, but the crispness allows for a well shaped collar. I am glad I went for positive ease as the fabric is not stretchy and I would have had a large gap at the chest. I expect this will be in my regular rotation for years.

Love these button down shirts

This is my second Morningwitch button down shirt. Love them! I do have to shorten the sleeves about 1 inch, and then they fit me perfectly.

Worth the world to me

I have 3 different patterns of these shirts that I bought about a year ago. Since then, I've not found a single buttondown shirt in box stores that felt worth buying compared to these. I can't recommend them enough, especially to those frustrated by fast fashion and clothes that only look good on the rack.
