First off, Im really sorry that it sounds like you received a defective shirt! Our prints are generally very crisp, so clearly something went wrong with the one that you have. To be clear from our end, we always try to do right by our customers when it comes to defective or damaged items, or simply items that our customers decide they do not like the feeling of. Defective items specifically are not a frequent occurrence since we try to have strict quality control, and we take responsibility for the item every time it happens. We never make customers pay return shipping in these cases, nor do we stick our customers with defective items with no exchange or refund.
I see on our end that we received an email from you mentioning that the shirt “wasn't what you expected” and that you wanted to return it - you were directed to the return portal, and it looks like we were never told that the shirt was problematic in any way, nor were we afforded the chance to fix the issue. Ive reached out to you separately from this response as well to hopefully resolve the problem. We would still be happy to either exchange the shirt or to issue a refund (for the returned item) if that is preferrable.
