To begin, I'm very sorry you recieved a shirt with a stain on it. I think its pretty blatantly not a blood stain, which would be either a dark red or brown since blood does not oxidize as a pale yellow. It's most likely a marker stain that happened during the packing or quality checking process that was missed, but regardless, it is definitely unfortunate that you recieved a damaged shirt.

That being said, I feel as though this review isnt fair to Kaitlin, our customer service person. She responded to your initial email extemely quickly, and when you noted that you needed the new shirt by Wednesday, she made an exception to our usual replacement policy to get the shirt to you faster. She also acknowledged that you would recieve the package by tuesday or wednesday as long as we could see the original shirt was on the way to us. If that was an issue because of post office operating times, we would have gladly worked with you had we been notified that it was an issue. You specifically asked for a refund rather than the replacement without telling us any of these concerns.

We are always the first to acknowledge where we can improve in customer experience, and we want everyone to have the best time possible when purchasing from us. But in this case, any concerns were not communicated to us while Kaitlin was doing her best to rectify the situation.
