Returns/Exchanges

EDIT As of 11/7/2022: For the time being, i only accept returns for store credit. Exchanges will be enabled again at a later date.

Please read through this page before initiating a return/exchange.

Returns can only be done in exchange for store credit. You can initiate a return/exchange within 10 days of your delivery date.

After your request is approved, you will be linked via email to a page where you can purchase the return label. Please send your order back to me within 7 days of creating this label - if something comes up, just email me and let me know you need extra time! Otherwise, your return/exchange will be cancelled. 

Items MUST be returned unwashed, clean, and folded within the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing or the item is received in careless condition, a repackaging fee of $5 will be deducted.
