Let me preface by saying I'm quite happy with my purchase, the knit is soft and the embroidery beautiful. That said, some things I wish I knew before buying:
- the embroidery is very stiff and relatively heavy; it doesn't bend particularly easily and its recommended to fold flat for storage instead of hanging.
- sizing ran large. I measured myself (mostly shoulders since that's where I tend to have the most trouble with torso clothes) and chose M (which I normally am) and am swimming in this a bit. If fully pulled down the sleeves cover my hands, the shoulder seams are definitely past my shoulders, and the hem reaches past my butt. It's fine for a cardigan so I'm not too fussed, but I wish I went a size smaller.

I hate giving 4 stars because I absolutely love the design. But a big flaw to the cardigan is the irritation to my skin from the inner sleeves. I suppose since the patches are so large it’s just more area of rough texture. I’m keeping the cardigan anyway, but I’m generally going to have to wear long sleeves or figure out how to sew on some inner lining. I wouldn’t necessarily say I have sensitive skin, but if this doesn’t sound like a problem to you then otherwise this is a totally worth it cardigan!
