It's been a little bit of a tumultuous spring here at morningwitch HQ!
I've mentioned briefly over the newsletter, social media and just directly to customers emailing us, but our office manager Kaitlin had an emergency to tend to over the past couple of weeks which set us back in our fulfillment process. We're getting back on track now - sort of. This leads into a little problem we've been having on our end this year...
Not even 2 years into our 5 year lease on our new office, and we've outgrown our space! This has lead to a little pile of logistic issues on our end - we essentially can't do critical things like: inventory, unpacking inventory fully when it comes in, receiving shipments more frequently (which delays restocks and new launches), etc. This inevitably leads to delays in shipping orders out as well since we're always having to stop and shuffle everything around so things can keep running!
I'm basically urgently looking for a new space for us, but in the meantime we appreciate the patience! I do want to note that there won't be constant delays because of this - once we catch up to the current orders we need to fulfill, things will be more or less smooth. We might just have a week here and there that we need to sort things on our end. The real effect will be on restocks and new releases (like Cordiform) which basically can't happen until we upgrade.
